I go here about two or three times a year, but each time, I've been fortunate to have been assisted by knowledgeable employees. These days, that is certainly not a guarantee. Prices are reasonable, and if they don't have what I need, they point me to one of their stores that does have the item in stock. Very helpful!

I just had an issue with an order I received from ordering online. Seems I got fabric that was not what I ordered. I went in and it was fixed right away the gentleman who helped me was extremely kind he got the solid black fabric realized there was not enough went in back found more. They even offered I keep the mistake fabric which was awesome it was sort of a nice pattern for my best friend who’s having a baby to make her something!!

I enjoy the majority of my Joann experiences. The stores are just clean enough, but not too clean to make you worried about digging and handling items. I rarely come across a negative employee. Just the occasional tired or confused person. Luckily the employees seem to like being here and it shows. You all keep up the good work and I'll keep spending money with you to keep my creativity rolling.

Amazing employees all around. Very helpful... from cutting yards and yards and yards of material to waiting on us at the cash register and helping us utilize coupons to get the best deals. We will be able to make 16 fleece blankets. Thank you for helping us help families who stay at Gillette Children's Hospital.
