Woodview Off-leash Dog Area

The park itself is fine. Its main attraction is the people. My experience has been that they are friendly, social, and understanding of the fact that they are in a dog park.

Small dog owners be aware: went at 7AM with my big dog when no one else was there and saw a coyote observing us through the fence (near the big dog enclosure). It wasn't scared off when I threw sticks at it and shouted at it. The park is a nice big space for dogs to run around and play with sticks, but be aware of your surroundings to keep your dogs safe when hanging about.

It's a bit of a walk downhill to the dog park from the parking lot but it isn't too steep. The size is pretty good but you can still see most of it from the picnic table near the entrance. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because my dog got into a patch of burrs that tangled up his fur. So it could probably use a little maintenance.
