(September 5, 2019, 10:42 pm)I recently toured Cherrywood looking for an apartment for my uncle. I’m not the type to write reviews, but I was so impressed with my experience that I felt it was important to leave a review. Rachel was fantastic and really showed attention to detail. I’ve toured several other places, and none of them took the time with me that Rachel did. She showed genuine interest in what is important to my uncle, and I never felt rushed. What really stood out was the additional time she spent to tell me about some resources I wasn’t aware of. My uncle is a veteran, so she suggested I look into a pension program available to him, provided he meets the qualifications. Beyond Rachel’s great customer service, the setting and building is beautiful and offers exactly what my uncle needs. The only downside is that they don’t have anything immediately available!
(September 4, 2019, 10:34 pm)My mother lives here. We don't have to worry about her quality of life, as it's a progressive care place. She moved in independent and transitioned to assisted in the same apartment. She can even get total care there. Employees really care about the residents and it shows, everyone has a smile on their face there. Also, there are very good meals available. I wasn't surprised at all to find out that everything is made in house, it's that good. Every person I have talked to that has dinned here loves the food. I'm thinking of getting on the waitlist myself for when I need to move!
(September 4, 2019, 10:23 pm)We moved my father to Cherrywood Pointe this winter and the place is just wonderful. Lots of activities, very clean and my dad loves the food. The staff has been wonderful even though my dad can be difficult at times. We couldn't have picked a better place for him. Thanks to the team at Cherrywood Pointe!
(March 15, 2019, 10:57 am)All the residents in there are great and of course is not a easy job for the staff that work there but no matter what they always to manage to work well together and even try to make it the best they can be so residents can be satisfied, happy and of course keeping them bussy w activities. Understandable that unfortunately not everything is perfect in life but when you see a great team at cherrywood who cares, helps family’s and residents you going to have a great place to be in!
