The guys who came to do the delivery were great! Very helpful, nice and cleaned up after themselves. However, I think the communication about the delivery window was not very timely. I did not hear what my delivery time was until the EVENING before the next morning. This really is not acceptable for people to be able to plan ahead. I don’t have the ability to just keep a whole day open. I had to keep other people on call to be able to pick my kids up from school, etc and could not make arrangements in advance.
We used Berger Allied Moving & Storage for a local move from Roseville to the northwest metro area and are so happy with our choice of moving provider. The moving consultant who inventoried our home was professional and knowledgeable. The movers who moved our belongings out of mini-storage and delivered to our new townhouse were also great. They provided excellent communication throughout our entire relocation, and handled everything with care making sure to protect our furniture as well as our home. I highly recommend this company for your next move.
I've had deliveries from the the Arhaus/Berger delivery team four times now, and each one has been exemplary. They notified me of the delivery time in advance, called to let me know they were on their way, and were polite and extremely careful during the delivery process. Always a pleasure. I recommend them HIGHLY.
This vendor was used by the company who I ordered my furniture from. They were easy to schedule delivery with. They arrived early on the day of delivery which was fine with me. There was an issue with my order, no fault of the delivery company. They actually helped call the furniture company so we could discuss the problem. This was helpful as I was struggling to get someone on the line who could help. Most delivery companies drop off your stuff and that’s it. Professional, great customer service and prompt.
The movers showed up during their scheduled time slot. They called me ~30 minutes before arriving, just as a heads-up. They were kind, courteous, and followed the direction I provided to a tee. They were mindful about taking their shoes off in the house & they were careful not to knock any walls or doorframes, etc. The whole process was completely stress free.
