I had a great experience here! I am doing some travel for work and needed a new, smaller overnight suitcase as well as a larger purse that could fit my laptop. The gentleman who worked there was super helpful with comparing some of the suitcases and making recommendations based on my needs. He also helped me find a purse/laptop back that was the smallest possible that would still fit my laptop (and getting it home and filling it with my stuff, I'm quite happy with it!). Highly recommend!
