I had not one, not two, but three fantastic experiences with Ben Coauette at Brownstone Realty! Ben helped me buy and eventually sell my duplex in South Minneapolis, and purchase my family's home just recently. Ben Looked out for my best interest even if it meant we didn't close (on a house that we had an accepted offer, but just wasn't a good fit after inspection). Ben was also very timely with responses to every question I had. I always felt that my needs were his number one priority throughout every house hunt and transaction. He even drew up paperwork on the offer of my current home on the day he was moving his own family! I hope to not purchase and/or sell another home for many years, but when I do I will absolutely use Ben and Brownstone again.
