Five stars, because I can't give it ten or one hundred. I requested a sports therapy massage, and I got what I asked for. Valerie really got into my tight neck, shoulders, and chest. It was really great to have a massage therapist who listened to my concerns and worked to address them. I noticed a tremendous difference the day after my massage and I feel like a whole new woman. I would wholeheartedly recommend Emphasis Massage to anyone, and I will be back in the future.
I have seen several massage therapists and Valerie is by far the best one I have found. She is very dynamic and can provide light, firm or deep pressure appropriate to what I need at the time. She has very effectively helped me manage repetitive forearm strain, neck and upper back tension, and low back tension. She is very knowledgeable, approachable, and experienced. I recommend her to any one who needs a massage therapist!
