A very nice gentleman (I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he's great) went through so much trouble to help me track down my lost package and looked all over the facility to find it. He called me back the next day offering advice on what to do next too! I give this place 5 stars solely because of him lol. Pay your employees here more they deserve it.

Just had to come on here and give a HUGE shoutout to Aerie employee, Sam. I had a baby 4 months ago and was struggling finding a strapless bra that fit me well. Sam was AMAZING. She was kind, compassionate, and so helpful. As I cried in the changing room, she said, we are going to find you a bra! And we did! She brought me many different styles and sizes to try on and finally one fit just right. I so appreciate her amazing customer service, thank you Sam & Aerie !!

I absolutely loved going to this store! I've never shopped at an American Eagle/Aerie store and I went for the first time, it was so fun. Got some really cute clothes from here.
