It is a lovely park a great place for little children that scavenger hunt hidden around the park are pictures of animals Birds raccoons dogs and they can point those out rabbits it's really interactive play for children. The only downside is bathroom access there was a porta potty up at the park up until this week which was my granddaughter's birthday which we had at Boyd's Park. People had to leave and use the restroom at the speedway on Grand which was very inconvenient other than that I highly recommend this park for children ages three or two to eight years of age.
Super nice and spacious playground - has two different sections (2-5, 5+) in addition to swing sets, a section to play with some musical instruments, and general park space with picnic tables. The ground was made of wood chips or rubber mulch, which is a plus! Parking is mostly on the street, however when we went around 5PM, we parked in the YWCA lot as the gate was open. Would definitely come back!
Nice little park in the city, with lots of play equipment as you can see from the photo's. We had a great time and there were other children there as well playing. Living in a post COVID 19 world it brought some normalcy back into our lives. There was parking on the street and was not metered. This park isn't to far from downtown and about maybe two blocks from the Cathedral.
Such a beautiful park! There are 2 playgrounds (large and mini), a swing set, monkey bar sets, and a little music area with drums and a xylophone for the kids. Tons of seating and open grass for small picnics.
Ground material for the playground is wood chips. Everything is sturdy and colorful.
This park is very nice park in the heart of downtown St. Paul, MN. There is plenty to do at this park for everyone to do even for people that have trouble walking. It is a good park for all age groups. Everything I could imagine for a park was there besides a grill next to the picnic tables. This place would be good for a cheap date night or a place to take the kids. It is very clean and inviting.
I really liked that they had instruments inside the park it is a really nice touch.
