It was prett nice .take a walk down one of the paths n u just might forget ur in the city ,very relaxing for me .hit it up yall

Seriously a beautiful place, especially at sunset. You can get amazing views of Saint Paul while the sun is setting. A must go to if you’re in Saint Paul or not. Because the views are that good. You can also see the actual Indian burial mounds which are also very neat to see. Highly recommend. This is definitely what makes the east side what it is. A true gem of the east side.

Photo taken at Mounds Park, St. Paul MN, overlooking the Mississippi toward Saint Paul. The grounds are sacred to indigenous people as it contains many burial mounds. I'm glad to see it is maintained with such respect and honors Hopewell traditions. When I was a child, you could clearly see the mounds, and our parents forbid us to climb them. We were taught to respect this place.
