  We were very pleased with the whole experience. From start to finish, there was no pressure put on us, and they were excellent in guiding us through it. I believe that each person we interacted with treated us as though we were the most important family they were working with, truly unique in this day and age. I believe my Mother (the deceased) was watching from Heaven and very pleased.
