  Sue and her excellent staff helped me sell two properties as soon as they were listed, with multiple offers at each property. I just sat back and let her do the work. She also helped me find renters for rental property I used to own. I always choose Sue because she’s pleasant to work with and never gets rattled. She’s now my friend.

  Sue was excellent to work with one our home purchase and home sale. She or a member of her team were always available for showings when we needed to see homes quickly in this fast-moving market. We got our third offer accepted and we credit her knowledge of the market for that success. She also has broad knowledge of St Paul neighborhoods and helped us identify areas that fit our needs. When we then started the process of selling our home, which was outside of the St Paul area, she worked with another agent, Paul Springer, who had knowledge of our area. Together they walked us through the staging process, had one weekend of smooth showings, and we sold our home for well above asking price. We were very pleased with every aspect of our experience.

  We can’t recommend Sue Johnson and the Good Company team enough! They took exceptional care of us as we undertook the process of selling our home and searching for a new one. As buyers in an extremely competitive market, we felt fortunate to have Good Company by our side.   I had great success with the Good Company Realty Group due to the team's strong attention to detail, time management skills, tenure experience in the industry, and caring personalities. Sue Johnson is top notch and it was great to have a team following her lead. When I first got introduced to the team, they did a virtual Zoom meeting to understand my wants and needs. If Sue wasn't able to attend a showing, she always had a backup that could. I very much enjoyed the fact that most team members lived in Saint Paul and understood the area that I was seeking to purchase in. As a first time home buyer, this was a critical skill to have. Today, I can proudly say with confidence that I am a home owner! Thank you Good Company Realty Group! You are wonderful.

  I highly recommend Sue to anyone who is thinking about selling their home. From first meet to close, Sue and her team did a phenomenal job. As a first time seller, I was nervous about the process, how much time and expense might go in to selling, pricing, marketing, staging...the list goes on and on. Suffice to say I was nervous about nearly everything one could be nervous about. Sue is not nervous, but she is also not cocky. As she says, "If we ask the market nicely, it might give us what we want". She must have a way with words because the market was very kind to us. My first impression set the bar high but she carried that standard all the way to the end. Sue took the time to walk my home, to appreciate the work I had put into it (some of which would have been easy to overlook), the history, the charm - she eloquently communicated these features to show that she understood the value of my home. At the same time, Sue was transparent and direct about the things that weren't so stellar, could use a fix, or things that might turn a buyer away. Once I decided to move ahead with the sale, I was glad to have Sue on my team. By the time she finished staging, I was half tempted to keep the house - and I didn't even hire a staging company thanks to Sue's resourcefulness and interior design talents. My house sold faster than I could have hoped for, great price and all. On more occasions that I can count, I asked questions, brought up challenges, only to be met with solutions and a "don't worry, we'll get it done" attitude. The whole process was quick and painless. Her team, Michelle and Jodie, works wonders and I am so glad to have had to the pleasure of working with them.
  
  Long story short: If I had another house to sell, I would use Good Company Realty Group in a heartbeat.
