Sparkle Auto Sales

My brother and I went to Sparkle Auto Sales to help my dad get into a better car. We wanted to get him into a 6 cylinder SUV with low miles. I had 3 vehicles I wanted to test drive on my list. The first one was a Ford explorer and it threw an engine light right away so I moved on to the 2nd one. This was a 2014 Ford Edge SEL.
Mark told us that he just needed to see a valid driver's license and we could get in the car and drive it around. That was really efficient. The car had so many screen control features that my 79 yr old father wanted to pass on it but we told him that he would learn it in time. I liked the fact that the car had only two previous owners. The car had 159K miles but my dad doesn't put on too many miles anymore. The purchase price was over the KBB value but I know that cars are selling higher post- Covid so we felt that we were getting my dad into a good car at a decent price.
The car threw an engine light the day after we bought it but Mark told us to bring the car in and Greg would read the code and find out what was going on. Greg did just that and reset it for us. The code was for an A/C thing and it was December so we weren't too concerned. It threw a second check engine light the following day that Greg found a code for which was basically my father letting it idle too long in the garage. You don't need to warm these engines up like the older cars. This car throws good heat and has heated mirrors and seats. Good job Ford.
The 3rd car on my list was a Jeep grand cherokee but it had sold earlier in the day.
Mark and Greg were wonderful to work with and we had a great experience at Sparkle Auto Sales. These guys want you to have a good experience and they give you their time. They're a family owned business that has been around for over 40 years. We like to support the local small businesses. I will keep you posted on this car and how it does moving forward.

I just drove home in my 3rd vehicle from the awesome folks at Sparkle Auto. This is definitely the place to go for your next used vehicle purchase. The staff is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They have an ever changing selection of cars, trucks, vans and SUV's that you can view on their up-to-date website that lists all information about the vehicle for free and plenty of pictures. I was offered a price well below the one listed on the windshield and they helped with financing. They have a full garage on site with experienced mechanics to ensure the high quality you can expect from the Sparkle experience.

Haven’t made a deal with them yet, but my dad has been going to these guys for years. I finally stopped in myself today to look a couple cars, and although I haven’t reached a deal with them yet, they are definitely very friendly and customer service oriented! They were very friendly and helpful as well as informative and answered all my questions about a specific car and they were upfront and honest about the few issues I found with the car. Definitely had much better browsing experience here than I’ve had other places thus far! Most of their cars aren’t outrageously overpriced like other used car lots which is nice as well.

In the event I come back for the car I was looking at and we can reach an agreement on it, I will update my review with that experience. However I feel that in the event I end up buying the car, the buying experience would go just as well. Thanks for the welcoming environment, answering my questions, and letting me look at a car without any pressure towards having to buy it right away! Other places put a lot of pressure on you to buy a car before you leave and/or won’t budge on price, whereas these guys also seem like depending upon the vehicle that they may be willing to adjust the price a bit accordingly if necessary.

We just bought our third vehicle from Sparkle and have never been disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The cars we have purchased have been great deals, and they have always told us if there are any major issues for the first few weeks after our purchase to notify them. Our friends and family both recommended them, and when we are searching for a new car we always start at Sparkle.
