Merle's Water Conditioning

Best service ever on our dual tank softner system and reverse osmsis water set up. The front desk lady is awesome. Their customer service is phenomenal. We had ordered all of our stuff just prior to closing on our new home but had to postpone closing for a while. They stored our order and waited for us to tell them we were ready to get on their schedule for installation. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs their expertise.

Had a Merle's water softening unit in our Woodbury home. Called to have another installed in our new Mound house. The softening unit was reliable & produced soft water, as it is designed to. Just added salt - and not a lot of it. Technician Anthony was prompt and courteous. Install looks great and he took the old unit away. Looking forward a nice supply of softened water for years to come!

Great experience with everyone involved from the receptionists on the phone to John testing my water and making recommendations to Greg installing my softener and running through everything with me.
