Although I have options to go to other branches, I try to go to this one in particular because of the personalized service I get.

(November 13, 2018, 10:57 am)My dad has been staying at New Harmony transitional care for a couple of weeks now and we have been seeing improvements physically and emotionally every day we go to visit. The facility is clean and patient has private room with bathroom attached. The care protocol is well implemented and thorough. I couldn't be more thankful for the staff and their work.
(April 11, 2018, 6:26 pm)My family has been thrilled with the care and conditions at New Harmony. We are there nearly every day and I feel we see what really goes on. The staff is amazing--it is an upbeat atmosphere and I often see them stopping and chatting with residents so they don't feel ignored and even hugging them. And from the first time we walked in we noticed the absence of any unpleasant odor. Our family member is doing very well and we feel lucky to have been accepted at this facility.
