(March 18, 2020, 6:02 pm)The team at Superior Classic was great! I asked for a quote on my flat roof through Home Adviser and they were the first to respond. The sales rep Billy was over at my place in days and provided a quote shortly after that. During the quote process, they were great at getting back to me with any question I had, and I had A LOT.
I was pleasantly surprised when their PVC flat roof product came back at a better rate than the EPDM product quoted by the other companies. Billy was open that it would be ~4 weeks before they could get the product from the manufacturer and finished up other jobs they had on the books. He was very responsive as I asked for updated during this time.
Finally, when it came to putting the roof on, the crew was great. If it wasn't for the pounding, I wouldn't have even known they were here. Billy kept me up to date on the progress throughout the 2 and a half days they were there. He also came back out to show me some pictures of the process and talk me through any maintenance items I needed to know.
I would definitely recommend Billy and the Superior Classic roofing team!
(May 23, 2019, 1:22 pm)Great team. The guys are all professional and understanding. I had a deck built and a few seams were a bit gaping and the promptly fixed them no problem at all. The deck is beautiful and just like I wanted it. A+ company
