  Got the brown sugar milk tea with half boba. Pretty sweet but the spot is solid and affordable. Sure, it’s not gong cha and there’s some things true boba heads might ding it on, but it’s enjoyable for most.

  Super cute place!! Friendly staff and knowledge about boba. Only thing is I wish they used compostable cups and straws!

  This place is the best! The employees are always super friendly, and the drinks are amazing. They have just the right amount of sweetness and are very flavorful. I recommend the brown sugar boba milk tea and the sunrise herbal tea refresher, but you can’t go wrong! Also, the Northern Lights Series teas are SO pretty!

  My first time here. I got the B1 Brown Suga Boba Milk Tea! So goood! The price is unbeatable. Great customer service. I will be back soon.

50 reviews of Boba & Tea "Made three attempts to stop by and hop on the bandwagon and try the new boba in the neighborhood. The first two times, the line were at the door. While in line, I asked some customers their wait time only to find out that they've waited for over an hour so we left. On this third attempt, we arrive 20 minutes after opening hours and there was already a line.
