Setzer Pharmacy & Gift Center

The pharmacy staff is attentive & fast. They are polite. Of course there are always mistakes here & there with any pharmacy but they always rectify the situation & mistakes rarely happen. North Spirit Medical is also a great business, both pharmacy & NSM are great small businesses to support. Their gift side is stocked full of adorable gifts, good choices in the over the counter stuff. Highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want to deal with the BS of the corporate pharmacies.

As prompted, I love it. However, I really do love it! Seltzers is a great place to go to for a lot of things. First, they are a pharmacy. You can ask questions about your meds, and the pharmacist is usually very knowledgeable about questions like that. Also, there have been many times that I am going to ask a question, and the pharmacist sees me coming, and comes out to help me. That's not an accident. I sort of think they don't want me to keep talking with them while they are filling a prescription. (makes perfect sense!!!) I have never had a cranky pharmacist there.So they flip a coin and the loser gets me, along with a lot of chattering. They have the usual drugstore items. And some that are unusual. However, don't ask me what they are. You and I might have totally dissimilar ideas about the unusual. They have a portion of the store dedicated to home care items. I've bought a few things to make my life easier, like the slant pillow. I'm going to have to ask Santa (not you, G.) for one of those recliners. They also fit wheelchairs for people who need one. The other side of the store is going to have to be Part 2 of my review (due to charging issues. I certainly hope Google is okay with that. I have never done that before.

You get a real person on the phone when you call the pharmacy, real person calls when my auto refill is ready. They even called and wished my wife a happybirth day. service here is the best.

I love this pharmacy! The people who work here are helpful and respectful and they seem to really care about people.

Excellent folks. Competent, caring and quick. Delivery $4 & often same day service. Text, online and they'll call you to say your meds are ready. Monthly keep full service too. Bubble pack. Compounding available at their sister pharmacy, Lloyds.
Easy parking, curbside pick up and beautiful gift shop. Oh and medical equipment available on site.
