Love this location. The new staff is so friendly. They also keep a very clean club with equipment that works well!
I’ve been a member of this 9-Round for about a year and love it! The Owner of this location, Ashley, is a great trainer and always positive and enthusiastic. One of the things I love best is that there are no class times. You can just show up whenever is convenient for you, and your workout is done in 30 minutes. I also love that they open early, 5:30 a.m., so I can get my workout in before I head to work. 8 of the 9 circuits change every day, so you’re always doing something new and challenging different parts of your body. The heart-rate monitoring system they utilize is also a fun part of the workout. I love seeing in real-time how hard I’m working, and monitoring how many calories I’m burning. I highly recommend this gym!

The owner Ashley is super nice. Great workout. No need to book classes just show up. Trainer on site. They do help with nutritional advice as well. Each one is independently owned and operated
