Food was delicious. I do think there needs to be better safety and sanitation in the kitchen including increased education of the effects of food poisoning to people when they do not change gloves appropriately or wash their hands appropriately. When I was there I did have to ask a cook if he knew what safety and sanitation was in regards to gloves because my friend and I witnessed him touching raw meat and then directly put lettuce and tomato on a burger. Yikes!! We definitely did not eat our lettuce or tomato when we got our burgers because of that. The guy did not even change his gloves after I asked him about it. Other than that, I thought it was a great place. Kind of reminded me of Waffle House. They do have breakfast there as well I believe, since they're open 24 hours.

Flame is a classic North metro institution! It's a down-to-earth place with classic diner food that's always really tasty. Great for weekend breakfast or a late night bite. You can dine in or take out, and service is quick. Do yourself a favor and get the hash browns as your side!

I really like this place. The food is really good. If you haven't been there or are curious about what it's like, I highly suggest you go there and experience this place for yourself.

Now here is a great treat for me! A childhood favorite into my adult years! I love this spot ! It's in Little Canada. I always get the Ranch breakfast or the junior.
All the staff is great too. Talking to you and making sure you have all you'll need.

Decor is fun diner splash with lots of cute signs with saying on them. Check out system is pretty cool too! They even have a counter with stools and a juke box! Love supporting this small business!
