(I'd suggest the loaded Belgian waffle. It's a Belgian waffle with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream)
If you get a coffee they stop by to refill it when it gets low.
The people who work there are also fantastic.

We get the TexMex which is layered hash browns, scrambled eggs, onions, choice of meat, tortilla, enchilada sauce and a dollop of sour cream. It's fantastic. The coffee is super, and super strong! Prices are market appropriate. They add a surcharge for credit cards, which is posted.
(January 1, 2020, 1:13 pm)First ever experience with Capitol View Cafe was unlike any other first time at a new place to eat.
The wait staff was truly amazing, warm and welcoming. All of the staff were polite and prompt.
Now the best part, the food. Hands down, the best food ever. Hot, flavorful and definitely homestyle. Large portions and flat out amazing.
Definitely will be returning!!
