We had a small leak, but in a difficult spot to fix. Nick did a great job discussing what he needed to do and was up front about the pricing. He finished quickly and was very professional. Plumbing is never cheap but Nick did a great job that was done right!
Tom from MSP did an amazing job installing my new water heater. He is very professional and his knowledge impeccable!! I know this because I did my research before he arrived. He's got good vibes. Very friendly, informative, punctual, knowledgeable. All the staff that came to the house were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and awesome with my pets. They even came up with a more strategic plan to move my water heater over to give me more room while replacing my furnace and air conditioner. I did my homework before getting my 40 year old boiler replaced. I got bids from multiple contractors, did a slew of internet searches and finally landed on Minneapolis St. Paul Plumbing as my installers. After multiple conversations with Nick Bender, I ended up with a combination high efficiency boiler & hot water heater for a reasonable price. It was quick and easy to arrange an appointment---I submitted a request online that was quickly followed up on and confirmed via phone. On the day-of, I received a reminder text and phone call to notify me when their employee was ~30 min away. The text also included the name and photo of the employee who would be assisting me. Sam helped me out with fixing a valve problem on my sink, and was friendly, professional, and efficient. He was up-front about the cost and was transparent with my options. Very happy with the service overall!
