After I called and left a message on a Sunday, he called me back the same day and was even able to set up an appointment for the next day to take care of some wasps. They do a great job, and I'd recommend for effective wasp control that doesn't harm the local honeybees.
(July 29, 2020, 1:17 pm)I have been working with Glen and Elliot since September 2019 when we moved to our current home. Since the first moment the have been the nicest, very responsive and professional. Prices are great and service is the best around here. One time my dog ate the mouse poison and they right away did everything possible to help me within an hour of the event to find out name and composition of poison and after they checked back to see how my dog was doing. This is how kind and compassionate they are. Please try them if you are in doubt, I can’t recommend them enough.
(June 30, 2020, 10:48 am)Elliott was on time, professional, and super helpful. He answered my questions and explained the service plan nicely. Buggs has a 2 month guarantee for sprays--they do a complimentary follow-up spray and will do more follow up for free up until 60 days, and then they have a reduced maintenance rate for the next 3 years. Gus, the owner, followed up quickly when I had to leave a voicemail. I was able to get scheduled quickly, and most importantly, the ant party outside of my house is gone!
