This is a great shop! I wandered in a couple months ago, following an inkling that I might want to start playing accordion. I knew nothing about accordions or what I was looking for. The owner, Ken, was kind and patient and really helpful with exploring instruments and showing me some basics. I'm really happy with the beautiful little 48 bass accordion I purchased. I haven't taken him up on an offer for lessons yet, but they teach as well - sounds like both virtually and in-person.

I brought an accordion I got cheap on fb marketplace in because a couple reeds weren't working. He gave me the same speech as another reviewer about it not likely being worth fixing which I was a little taken aback because he sounded stern. But upon further research I understood completely. He really knows accordions and I'm actually looking to buy one from him after seeing the store, it was magnificent if you're interested in accorduons, though they are not easy on the wallet

From the very knowledgeable sales representative and store owner, Ken Mahler, to the quality products which he sells, this store is top notch if you are interested in accordions. New and used, this selection was amazing! Also, if you already own, Mr. Mahler is great with tuning and repairs. The shop it self is so unique and quaint, with thousands of trinkets and just interesting things to look at. I've spent hours in this store just admiring the things on the walls collected over the years. I definitely give this store five golden stars!

I went from inheriting a accordion not knowing anything about it from my father to learning how to play it. Along the way Ken did some needed repairs and I eventually traded it upgrading to a better one. 2 weeks ago I purchased a second one. Top notch servicing of your accordion.

Ken is extremely patient, considerate and knowledgeable teacher, not to mention a virtuoso of this instrument. I can't imagine going anywhere else and feel fortunate to be able to have his tutelage and any others services needed from Mahler Music and enjoying the music I can now play. Worth a visit even if just slightly interested.
