“I had the pleasure of receiving this amazing steaming service from Queen Tasha! From the moment I walked in I felt so welcome by the warm and sincere smile on her face. She has created a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. Queen Tasha explained the entire steaming process, the herbs she uses (which are all organic and made by her), the benefits, any possible complications. You are given a beautiful gown in royal purple. Once in the Queens Den, you are offered the opportunity to puck an affirmation card, read it and post it on the wall while you enjoy the peace and quiet of the den while you are steaming, healing and being renewed. Queen Tasha offers you a drink of choice. I chose the Queen's Den Pum Pum Juice- all natural and made by Queen Tasha herself. There are two flavors: pineapple and cranberry. Both were actually very good and worth giving a try. My favorite was the pineapple 🍍 😋 She sells them, just 2 for $15. MEN: SHE ALSO HAS A JUICE FOR YA'LL! The steam and foot detox where great. It was about an hour service. Price varies depending on your needs - starting around $45. The facility is kept very clean. Queen Tasha is very passionate about her craft. She is very knowledgeable in the natural care of women and teen girls bodies. She also offers a complimentary 10 minute consultation! I highly recommend giving Queen Tasha and Queens Den a try. “Florence is more than a nurse practitioner she is a beautiful woman with a heart of gold. She has been an absolute staple in her communities. She takes the time to listen to people and she serves such an overlooked and under severed demographic of patients the health care system has over looked or failed. She has walked away from facilities that treated patients like numbers and not people and opened her own practice hoping to make a change in the metro area. She is a beautiful mentor , mother and woman we need more people like her. I read some of her reviews … because I know she is to classy to address those but Providers have the right to charge a fee for certification she has always been transparent in pricing this service is not covered by insurance as a patient/customer it’s always our choice and right to find something else. I do know for sure she is by far transparent and fair.”

“I had a great experience at Recovery Academy. What i like about RA is that it is not your traditional 30 day treatment. I love that its a step down program. Meaning once i got a few months sober i moved to a less structured house to try to see if i was solid enough in my recovery to succeed in the real world=getting a job, meating new sober friends in meatings, just doing things a little more indipendantly, while at the same time still having that support system to lean on if things started to get hard. I have been to countless treatments all over the country. It has taken me years to gain some long term sobriety and i couldnt have done it without this program. The support staff here are dedicated, kind hearted, and were able to relate to my struggles which really just made me feel welcome and understood. Recovery academies counslers, support staff, and even fellow clients truly helped me gain the strength and confidence in myself to focus on battling against my struggles with mental illness, addiction, and the shame and guilt that comes with it.”

“The New Brighton Spectacle Shoppe has officially earned my patronage for my lifetime. I broke my frames (I'm utterly useless without my glasses) and they were able to get me in the same day for an eye exam. I suffer from keratoconus, so narrowing in my prescription is particularly time consuming. Despite that, the doctor was patient and extremely fastidious. The most time-consuming part of my visit was picking out my frames. The selection is downright overwhelming. However, the person helping me made the process extremely approachable, bringing me dozens of options that fell within my requirements. Most notably, recognizing the untenable state of my glasses, they cut some lenses they had on hand to my prescription so that I could leave with a functional set while they made my actual lenses. Tldr: Give these people your patronage! You won't be disappointed.”
