The Urgency Room

I was able to get in quick and have a chest X-ray and strep test done after a virtual visit from a different service suggested i might have pneumonia. Staff was very quick and casual, got straight to the point.

They had all my insurance info pulled in even though I'd never been here. The online form rendered odd on mobile (it was halfway between info screens after the 3rd slide).

They offered snacks and a blanket while I waited for my results.

I was fortunate to get in very quickly which was a big plus. No idea what the bill will be but in this day and age they're all way too much.

The staff it UR Vadnias Heights are amazing! Every experience we have there is great! We were in and out in just 2 hours and it didn't seem like it was that long at all. The nurses were great at keeping us informed every step of the way and they took good care of my son tonight! Running with his older sister playing cops and robbers, tripped. 7 stitches in his chin, he took them like a champ, but only with the help from the nurses. Thank You!

first time visiting. as a current healthcare worker, I realize how overwhelmed almost all facilities are currently. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to be checked in. we waited as long as was estimated, and were seen and discharged very efficiently. the front desk staff was pleasant and demonstrated much resilience to the clientele. I hope to never return, but am glad it's there when needed. I'll definitely choose it over a clinic urgent care or emergency department
