“Had a great experience and outcome with Anne advocating for me. I came in kind of frustrated because I had been working with only one hearing aid for 10 days or so. And then yesterday she told she would have to send them both back because while they were working independently they were not working together. I was frustrated because I have had this happen before. I told her I didn’t want them repaired, I wanted them replaced. She said she would try but didn’t sound too optimistic. Later last night she emailed me to let me know that they would replace them.”

“Florence is more than a nurse practitioner she is a beautiful woman with a heart of gold. She has been an absolute staple in her communities. She takes the time to listen to people and she serves such an overlooked and under severed demographic of patients the health care system has over looked or failed. She has walked away from facilities that treated patients like numbers and not people and opened her own practice hoping to make a change in the metro area. She is a beautiful mentor , mother and woman we need more people like her. I read some of her reviews … because I know she is to classy to address those but Providers have the right to charge a fee for certification she has always been transparent in pricing this service is not covered by insurance as a patient/customer it’s always our choice and right to find something else. I do know for sure she is by far transparent and fair.”

“Dr. Griffin is simply the most skilled and artistic facial surgeon and injector you can find. It's hard to find a provider like him that has the trifecta of being academically skilled (he is double board certified and participated in research which shows true motivation in continual learning and staying educated even after graduation), artistically skilled (as seen through the results of his before/after gallery and his personal bio and my personal procedure), and has a strong ethic to care about the patients as much after a procedure as before payment (as experienced personally and read online in compassionate responses to reviews and patients). The appointments I've had with him has shown me he lives up to his reputation...he has great bedside manner, is very calm, and a good listener. I am someone that will scour the internet forever researching to find the best options and so glad it paid off because Dr. Griffin and his team really impressed me. I went in anticipating a surgical procedure that he actually said i didn't need (at least not yet) and explained, due to my facial structure, a much better and safer option. He answered all my questions explaining succinctly the pros or cons and also gave his honest level of comfort or experience regarding different techniques. I have been extremely pleased with the results under my eyes and hope Dr Griffin keeps working for many more years. His staff seem happy and they have reasonable prices especially with their packages or free memberships which actually are significant.”

“The New Brighton Spectacle Shoppe has officially earned my patronage for my lifetime. I broke my frames (I'm utterly useless without my glasses) and they were able to get me in the same day for an eye exam. I suffer from keratoconus, so narrowing in my prescription is particularly time consuming. Despite that, the doctor was patient and extremely fastidious. The most time-consuming part of my visit was picking out my frames. The selection is downright overwhelming. However, the person helping me made the process extremely approachable, bringing me dozens of options that fell within my requirements. Most notably, recognizing the untenable state of my glasses, they cut some lenses they had on hand to my prescription so that I could leave with a functional set while they made my actual lenses. Tldr: Give these people your patronage! You won't be disappointed.”
