For something that took a while both guys in the store were humorous, laid back and still professional at their job. “This is the cutest little record store and coffee shop. The staff was very friendly and could be heard talking to customers records that they had found (loved the little notes left on some of them). I had a great cold brew beverage with horchata and lavender along with the "stud muffin" (a blueberry muffin with a cream cheese center and a sweet glaze). Both were delicious. I spent a couple of hours there between looking at records, dining, and chatting but never felt rushed. There was also live music for a bit, which was nice. St. Paul is a bit out of my way coming from the south metro area, but I will definitely be coming back!”

“I would like to start off this review not only is based by my recent experience, but also the years I’ve belonged to verizon. If you would like great service come to this location. I recently worked with Shon, who was friendly, good conversationalist, and willing to help me in anyway possible. I spent almost 6 hours at the verizon in novi just before and had gotten no where with my broken phone, including very unfriendly staff. That unfortunately made me leave feeling like I as a person did not matter. Shon was able to help me in 1 hr time. I left the store with a huge smile on my face and a brand new phone. I’ve gone to this verizon for years and since moving I tried a new location. After second try there I found myself driving 40 mins and that drive was well worth it. The staff has always been great. Not to mention, I may regret this but they always have a good stock at the store so I do not have to wait and order a phone. Highly recommended. Shon thank you for the wonderful service!!!”

“Do you have any idea what makes a great place to work? When a company's staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am pretty elderly and do not have access to a telephone. I begged my daughter to assist me in creating a Google account so that I could post evaluations. I felt compelled to write a review for this store. To begin with, I've always been a big target enthusiast. Amazing bargains, extremely tidy and pleasant. This place, on the other hand, exceeded my expectations. I came in looking for a variety of products, and as I've become older, I've begun to lose my sense of direction around the store. My husband and I were going on a camping trip with our grandchildren, and I was having problems obtaining air mattresses for us. I was going to seek an employee for assistance, when a sweet young lady walking by with a red cart spotted me struggling and offered to assist me. I didn't have to ask; she already knew. She welcomed me with a friendly greeting and inquired about my well-being. When I told her what I was looking for, she smiled and guided me in the direction of the aisle. I felt like the staff cared about me and my well-being because she was so polite and pleasant. We walked down the aisle and began little, casual talks. She brightened my day. It's quick and straightforward to ensure that your visitors are having a good time. The young lady introduced herself as "Christie." Here you will find excellent employees.”
