Going to a small privately owned clinic versus a larger hospital group clinic definitely feels more like the patients are a priority. “My entire family trains with Doug Staley at Competitive Wellness. I found Doug through a recommendation almost 3 years ago. I was looking for someone to work with my then 12-year-old son who was struggling with self-confidence. I am so appreciative of Doug’s patience (working with middle-schoolers is not easy) and his strong focus on safety and good technique for a growing body. My son is now a sophomore in high school and continues to improve his strength and confidence. I was so happy with my son’s experience that 2 years ago, I also started working wit Doug.
