“Well staffed. Nearby barbers were booked and couldn't squeeze a walk-in. I was like, "brah, crush this beard" "Just the beard?" "Yea" "Any particular style? What about the hair?" "No, just the beard. Take it off. I'll put a razor to it when I get home." "Okay." He put some good effort into it, gave me a fair price even with this wild inflation and I left a tip (I barely tip attractive bartenders or waitresses). The aftershave smells nice and the trim is even all around.”

“I was not the one to visit, but I am the wife of the guy with the new haircut. I can vouch that this is the freshest haircut he's ever gotten! As is customary with men, all my husband did was decide he wanted a haircut that day, googled "barbers near me," and somehow got the best barber in the whole world. If I had done the same just randomly picking out a hairstylist I'd come out with a mullet probably. When he got home he told me a tale of Michael the barber and I was straight up laughing til I couldn't breathe. I can't even imagine the charisma and charm I would've witnessed if I was there in person. My husband said his skill with the trimmer was unlike anything he'd ever seen. It was if the trimmer was an extension of his arm. It absolutely shows in his work. He also told me repeatedly he was amazed how Michael treated every single person like his best friend, and remembered everyone's name. I was so enamored to hear Michael has watched kids grow up into adults, cutting their hair through that time. This is what people want from a barbershop. Thank you, Michael!”

Just as importantly, if something doesn't work out perfectly (and this is almost always entirely my fault) they are really super to work with to correct the problem.
