“Not my first time using a DME supplier and was afraid of using another one from my past experience(shady). This Express place made everything so simple for me and were professional. I am a first time mommy and my experience with this supplier was painless. They took my information over the phone, got a copy of my prescription from physician, and delivered to my front door. I didn't have to lift a finger (just to dial their number lol). They were delayed in response but I am sure it was because I had hand written prescription, I think... Baby is happy and I am even more happy with my brand new breast pump. Overall, I would use Express again for future breast pump needs.”

“I was able to get in quick and have a chest X-ray and strep test done after a virtual visit from a different service suggested i might have pneumonia. Staff was very quick and casual, got straight to the point. They had all my insurance info pulled in even though I'd never been here. The online form rendered odd on mobile (it was halfway between info screens after the 3rd slide). They offered snacks and a blanket while I waited for my results. I was fortunate to get in very quickly which was a big plus. No idea what the bill will be but in this day and age they're all way too much.”

“The services and staff here are here are absolutely wonderful. I don’t typically write reviews but I had to in this case. I have a broken leg and with all of the snow and ice was very nervous about getting inside. One of the very kind women there got a wheelchair from a medical office inside the building, picked me up at my car and took me inside and then took me back outside after the appointment. Talk about going over and above. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The woman who helped pick out my glasses was so helpful and patient. The doctor who gave the exam was so efficient and professional and addressed any and all questions. I truly felt that everyone there cares and are genuinely good people who are excellent at their jobs.”

“When my friend’s cat needed to be hospitalized, they allowed us to work it out for me to bring sweet Gus. They were so flexible and worked with us through everything, updates were constant and got us in and out fairly quickly considering the issues Gus was presenting and the issue that had recently developed with his eyes. They even got us in with an eye specialist the same day through the same company and we had an AMAZING experience there as well and got a new medication that cleared up his eyes. All the other vets we’ve visited in the past week have been perplexed at what caused Gus to get Uveitis and possibly Glaucoma so young and how fast it was progressing in him (second and third photo was two days after symptoms started and with a medication that he’d gotten from a different emergency vet) but the vets had a clear theory and so far it’s been incredible the difference it’s made. Overall, all the staff were incredible and if I ever need to go an ER again, I know I will be going here.”
