Dean's Towing

These guys were great. Todd was fast, professional and great to work with. Really eased my mind. I had to get a 28’ motorhome towed. Thank you!

I used Dean's on a Saturday afternoon after getting my parents lawn tractor stuck in the mud alongside their steep driveway. From picking up the phone to the operator arriving was less than 30 mins. The operator (Todd, I think?) out of the Fairbault location was extremely personable and even showed me how to turn on the front wheel assist (I would've still needed Todd (?) though, I really got 'er buried). Todd (I'm almost positive that was his name) spent time just chatting while doing paperwork and even told my dad to try submitting it to insurance for reimbursement. He was just about to head home when he got the call I needed help. He could've just as easily been annoyed but he was anything but. It sounds like Dean's has an awfully large fleet and an even bigger service area, yet it really felt like a small town company. While maybe a tad more expensive than other tow companies, the quick service and small town feel make it worth every penny. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Todd! (It started with a T for sure...)

Austin helped us with getting our vehicle back after Kwik Trip had it towed in. He was super helpful and just made this crappie situation process so much easier and just great customer service. I’d recommend Deans Towing to Everyone just off of my interactions with him. Thank you again Austin

Roger was spectacular! He was quick to our late call for a tow on I35 and went above and beyond even in the rain and mud for us. He was safe and kind! Over all, He was just a genuine nice guy. 💯 recommend!

Friends and I were driving in from out of town on a road trip and wound up in a very scary wreck on snowy roads. Austin from Dean's was there quickly to help get my car out of a ditch, tow it, and afterwards he even gave us a lift to a hotel close by. The next day Roger was able to give us a ride from the hotel and back so I could get some things from my car. All around outstanding service! Thanks y'all!!
