Holy Cross School

The students at Holy Cross are taught to be virtuous leaders and as they grow older they know, welcome, and encourage the younger students. The staff can be credited for helping develop these fine young pupils. Everyone contributes to their formation from their homeroom teachers, reading specialists, office staff, & even their ever encouraging and friendly cooks and janitors. I find great peace and comfort knowing that my children are growing more in love with our Lord Jesus Christ each day they leave for school. They are learning and being guided to make good Christian choices. My husband and I are grateful we have Holy Cross to help us in our mission to raise our children to be saints. It's a great school!

Having our kids at Holy Cross Catholic School for the past 9 years has been a blessing to our family. The Christian atmosphere has allowed our 4 children not only to excel academically with their classmates, but also to allow them to grow in their faith and their love for Jesus. The country setting is beautiful, peaceful, and safe. The Principal and staff are wonderful, easy to work with, and listen to concerns. Our children love their school, and I can't imagine having them anywhere else. We look forward to many more years there.

As a proud grandparent, I'm so happy that Holy Cross provides such a special environment for my grandchildren. Their academic and social education in such a wonderful faith-based school is very much appreciated. And as a grandparent, I always feel welcome at all school events I've attended over the years. We wouldn't send our kids anywhere else! Our five years at Holy Cross have seen or children grow leaps and bounds! Our gifted child is pulled out for one on one reading time with the specialist and our older son does much the same with special materials geared towards his advanced reading and spelling abilities.
The staff is always available to address concerns and willing to work out issues. Communication is great and response time is quick.
We have had a fantastic time meeting and becoming friends with families that have been at the school and parishes for years and feel like we are a part of their community even though we were transplants to the area.
Small class sizes means more personal attention and more focus on the materials. The Catholic identity is strong and reinforced throughout the day and through weekly mass and monthly adoration.
It truly is a hidden gem!
