My first replacement transmission failed but Kevin replaced it with a new one, all costs covered besides labor but even then he discounted labor costs and got me the best deal he could. “Mr Dewey helped with an insurance issue I had when the car transport company damaged my radiator.My car is an import and parts are very hard to source.Mr Dewey not only found a replacement core but also was able to get it fabricated so it worked as good as new. Pressure tested it twice when we thought we had a leak but it was a gasket not Mr Dewey's work.Very nice guy and a real customer person. Don't expect nice and clean as this is one of the few working muffler shows around.Very impressed with everything that went on.Hes a great guy,just tell him want you need and he's on it:)”

“Excellent service! I was scheduled for a snow tires install when my car wouldn't turn on. Valley Autohaus towed it here, and with only a few hours' advanced notice, Big O Tires was able to obtain a compatible replacement battery. Adam provided excellent service, and Hunter was a competent and fast technician. An hour and a half after the tow dropped my car in their parking lot, the Northfield Big O had my tires and battery swapped, and my car driving like new. All this on Jan 2, when other shops were closed for the holiday. Amazing! Only issue was that they didn't have any tire bags available, so the summer tires were left in my trunk and backseat on just a sheet of paper for protection. Next time, I would like them to be able to provide a basic plastic bag for the tires, or else I'd bring my own.”
