(April 7, 2023, 12:56 pm)I do love living here but the reason I am giving it four stars is because my apartment is right next to the gym and when people are using the gym you can hear weights being slam to the floor very loudly and also makes my walls shakes sometimes and sometimes scares my dog as well. But overall it is an extremely nice apartment building to live in as the management is really nice and caring.

(April 1, 2023, 3:14 pm)My Fiancé and I instantly was greeted by this very sweet woman! She made us feel at home right away! Although the prices for a one-bedroom are very high! We still went to peek at the 1-bedroom unit and I couldn't believe just how spacious the kitchen, living room, bedroom and laundry room was! I was blown away at all the amenities that this beautiful brand new apartment had to offer! We are seriously considering to make Arasan apartments are new beautiful home! I highly recommend that you set up a tour you won't be disappointed! Perfection!

(January 14, 2023, 3:30 pm)I'm very pleased to have moved to Arasan. It's very, very quiet. It's nice to hop on 196 or cross the bridge and be in town after a 1 minute drive. I save a ton with the dog wash and love to grab a cup of coffee from the coffee bar on the way down to the garage. Highly suggest if you also like a view of the valley from the rooftop lounge area.
