I love Strong Tower Training! The small group training, with people like me (50+) makes this a personal an non-intimidating environment. I love the community and the fact that I can see results. I am stronger and I feel healthier. I go 3 days a week and I love the outdoor and zoom options - always socially distanced if we’re in person!
Strong Tower Training coaches are compassionate and meet your training needs right where you are. They are encouraging and honor a person’s need to take training at your own pace. However, they motivate well through caring group teamwork and inspiration to become the healthiest YOU that you can be!
Fun, inspiring and challenging classes! The coaching staff is AMAZING. It’s always been difficult for me to stick with a fitness program, but Strong Tower has changed that mindset. I’ve been going for 3 years and the positive results keep motivating me.
I’ve been taking classes since May of 2017. The group classes and people are “Awesome” Highly recommend.
