I’ve been renting units at this location for many years. I was living in Shakopee and now I’m in Hopkins and still use this location. I haven’t experienced one issue that they haven’t gone out of their way to solve. The units always stay dry even after big storms the water does not get under the door (I’ve moved my stuff during them I would know). Very comforting knowing I can leave my family heirlooms and photos in their care. Great rate for the spaces they’ve provided me. I would recommend this place to anybody. Alice is very hospitable and she goes above and beyond for customers. Great service.

Very friendly staff! We had to switch to a larger unit and they made that process easy. Both units were well kept and easy to access. Would definitely recommend to others.
