This was our first experience using Jet-Black. Our driveway is 350ft long and they didn't flinch. Great service. The gentleman were VERY professional and met our expectations as well as educated us on our questions. Couldn't be more happy with the experience.

I only have used this company! Even with their busy year they managed to fit me in their schedule. They filled all my cracks and it looks like new. You might be able to find a cheaper company but I will gladly pay the extra because they give you more than what you paid. This company gets more than five stars!!!!! Thank you Jet Black.

I was impressed with how efficient the whole process was, almost entirely automatic. I did everything by website and email. They responded to my questions in less than 24hrs and I was on the list, service provided in under two weeks. Only ever talked to someone from Jet-Black as they were finishing up. Looked amazing and I'm entirely satisfied end to end. I look forward to using them again in a few years.

A Jet Black representative provided me with a quote that felt fair, and included the 10% off offered on the company website without my having to remind him specifically. The two employees who did the work a week later did efficient, quality work, and kept the sealant where it belonged (no splashes all over the lawn, adjacent sidewalk, or garage, and only the smallest, incidental touches on the edge of the lawn next to the driveway). They were polite and friendly as well. The invoice I received by email after the work was complete exactly matched the quote, and was easy to pay online.

Jet-Black replaced our shared driveway with our next door neighbors. The work was efficiently and professionally at a price that was entirely reasonable. Communication about the project was clear and delivered in a timely fashion. The two teams that did the work were fantastic (one to remove the old driveway; the other to put down the new driveway). They both left the job site looking better than they found it. Nicely done all around.
