(May 19, 2020, 10:21 am)Great to the point work and on a quick schedule. Recently a company vehicle had been broken into and keys were stolen along other items. We needed the locks changed on two man-doors at our office. Someone was out the afternoon that I called and had a new set of 9 keys ready for us for the changed locks within an hour or so. I appreciate the quick response and will use them if need at my personal residence in the future.
(December 19, 2019, 11:14 am)I was changing out a metal door on a commercial building. Once I had the door off I found out I was in over my head when it came to the lock. I called Jorgensen Lock, and Eddie answered the phone. I explained my situation to him and sent a couple of pictures. Minutes later he had walked me through exactly what needed to be done. He took time out his busy schedule to give me first class service. Thank you!
(September 30, 2018, 3:27 pm)We appreciated Eddie's prompt response to our quote request for repairing the main lock at our 24/7 gym. It allowed us to quickly make a decision on how to proceed and schedule the repair. Eddie and Brad were both knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and professional. We were so pleased with their work that we went ahead and scheduled them on additional jobs for the following week. They will be our go-to in the future and will recommend them to anyone in need of a locksmith. Thanks guys!
