MASH Performance

My son had his first baseball skills coaching at this facility. (He is going to be in 2nd grade for reference) So my expectations were low in general of how serious this would be.
The coach (Ryan) was so animated, positive and encouraging to my son. Then the coach came up to me after the session to say basically how awesome my kid is.
I left there loving my kid even more than before and so freakin proud of him and his hard work.
My son left inspired and motivated to keep practicing.

MASH Performance and MP Fit is more than just a gym. The community and atmosphere make it one of my favorite places to be, even at 4:30am! The trainers are so passionate and knowledgable. They are attentive and will always make sure the workout is personalized for you, whether you need modifications or to be more challenged. No two days are the same and I would go 7 days a week if I could! I have seen such positive results in myself, both physically and mentally, since joining the MP Fit program. Cannot recommend enough!

MASH Performance is amazing! I’ve been part of MPFit for over 3 years, and their coaches have supported me in gaining strength and endurance throughout. They’ve also helped me throughout recovering from a foot surgery and broken finger w/ pins, finding creative ways that allow me to continue to challenge myself while healing.

They have great personalized training programs, & knowledgeable, personable and supportive coaches who will challenge you to set and reach your goals in a fun and supportive atmosphere!

Mash performance (MP FIT) is truly fantastic for anyone who wants personalized and flexible workouts. The trainers take time to understand individual needs and specialize in workouts that will help guide you in any fitness goals you have! I have been a member for over 4 years and have never been a part of a more fun and motivating group of people!

I’ve attended MPfit for 2 years and it has drastically changed my performance while training for a half Ironman and a full Ironman.
The trainers and coaches have so much knowledge and experience I’ve learned how to safely train while pregnant and post pregnancy.
I have decreased my time on my runs, swims and bike.
I really enjoy the variety of strength training, cardio, stretching, mobility and stability.
They encourage, listen and really get to know you as a person and not just a number.
This is more than just a gym, it’s a family.
