As a military family, relocating is a part of our life. When we met Amy we were planning our 10th move in 15 years. Even though we have picked up and moved across the country before, it’s always a daunting task. We knew that the post pandemic real estate market was full of new challenges and market driven changes we were unaccustomed to and therefore we would need an exceptional Realtor to guide us more than ever.

We set out in search of someone who specializes in relocation. I was immediately impressed with Amy’s videos regarding her experience, her understanding of the needs of relocation buyers and especially appreciated her videos where she discussed the current market with lenders. It was evident she is passionate about her field and she is well informed.

Never before have we had such a pleasant real estate transaction. She went into the trenches for us. Her willingness to make the calls, create amazingly helpful videos of home showings, and research each property was unlike any effort put forth for us. Amy is an excellent communicator, great at negotiating with other Realtors and advocating for her clients. Equally as important, she manages to bring fun and optimism into an otherwise stressful time. We are excited for our new start in MN and can’t recommend Amy enough.

We worked closely with Amy to prepare our acreage home for sale and then through the selling process itself. At Amy’s urging, we had stucco testing done given market reticence on the topic and discovered repairs that had to be made. Amy helped us through finding a good engineer for the testing, new siding feedback, and color/style selection to maximize the home’s marketability.

We had moved out of state before the property was fully ready for market and Amy helped to find reputable cleaners, flooring refinishers, etc. She was also very detail oriented in making sure every part of the house was in shape to sell. Amy was not on the sidelines but rather highly involved and a driving force. She finally discussed staging with us and got our buy-in, despite incoming hesitation on our part.

Every step was handled professionally. Amy’s market understanding was spot on and her recommendations on-target. The marketing she pulled together was fantastic and effective. She got us to showing day resulting in huge traffic and multiple offers.

Due to the complexities of our situation this was a long process but I would not have done it differently and I am thrilled we had Amy as our partner in this adventure. Thanks Amy!

My husband and I used Amy to sell our home and buy a new one; we can’t recommend her enough! When we were buying our new home, we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation.
