Progressive Dental

Found that my 9 year old son needed to have a tooth pulled. He isn't an easy patient! They made sure he was comfortable and there was minimal drama. Even told him he "took it like a man" which he relayed to me with a puffed out chest. TY Dr. Downs!

Another “biggest regret was bad oral hygiene” person. Embarrassed/scared to go to dentist, put it off for probably 7-8 years. Of course, there were problems. But they helped quickly and professionally. Never felt judged or lectured like I did at my old dentist, which I think is why I disliked it so much. But progressive was welcoming and did their best to make you comfortable.

The best time to go to the dentist was a year ago. The next best time is today. Don’t hesitate, just take care of your teeth. You only get one set.

Been going to Progressive Dental for a while now. I’m always met with a smile and great service. Recently had a filling break that I had done years before (not at PD) and got scheduled the same day to get a new filling. The filling looks great and the process was smooth and easy!

By far, this was the BEST dental experience I've ever had. I recently moved into the area and performed a search online for a new dental clinic. Progressive Dental received numerous positive reviews, and I can certainly see why. The establishment is clean and modern. The staff are extremely welcoming. Cyndi, my dental hygienist, was extremely personable. She was efficient, yet thorough. My teeth have never been cleaner. Cyndi not only proved to be a master at her job, but also genuinely appeared to love what she does. Dr. Steve also renders great rapport with his patients. He assessed my bothersome tooth and derived at a plan for resolution, which I’m confident will be remedied at my follow-up appointment. I would highly recommend Progressive Dental!

I have been a patient of Dr. Downs for many years and have always received the best care. Prior to finding Dr. Downs I hated going to the dentist. However, she knew that and she’s always made going such a positive experience. Dr. Downs cares about her patients and provides high quality care. The office is beautiful and clean, her staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the environment is very welcoming. When urgent issues have come up over the years they’ve always been able to get me in right away. I also have a son with Autism and sensory issues and the entire staff has been so accommodating to him. I highly recommend Progressive Dental and Dr. Downs!
