Ruby's Family Restaurant

Our first experience was very slow and unorganized service which was kind of expected with a newer restaurant. The food was amazing though and enough to get us to come back a couple weeks later. Night and day difference with how well everything ran and the food was amazing again. Glad they’ve been able to hit their stride and hope they stick around. The waffles alone could keep that place running.

Server was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menu. My boyfriend got the Open-Faced Hot Beef Sandwich which he enjoyed. I got the Corned Beef Hash and was very pleased. The food is made from scratch and very good. The only thing I would recommend would be adding Hot Cocoa as a beverage option. I have never been to a restaurant that served breakfast but didn't have Hot Cocoa. Other than that, was pleased.

Fantastic food! I went here for breakfast with my dad. I had chocolate chip pancakes and he had the eggs benedict. All their food is made from scratch, and very delicious. The pancakes were smothered in chocolate syrup, chips, and whipped cream. The eggs benedict had a fantastic hollandaise sauce. All around a great breakfast experience, and very affordable! I prefer them to the Perkins that they replaced! Hopefully they can get the business to allow them to stay open long-term
