My windows did not work. I asked the mechanic to take a look at it he let me know it was just the child lock switch. Rather than charging me he was honest and they do a great job! Very happy with their service!

Not one to write reviews, but this place was absolutely phenomenal with outstanding customer service. Took my truck in for both axles to be replaced, while he easily could have over done the work and overcharged, Dan is one of the few honest men around. He told me honestly what was wrong and fixed what needed fixing. After that was done, I noticed an issue after the job was done. Dan took care of it free of charge in a very timely manner. You don’t find many shops that will do a job right and take ownership for what went wrong in the process. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Dan and Hennen’s.

Diagnosed a bad exhaust manifold in our newer vehicle, told us to go to the dealer instead due to it probably being under warranty. Didn't charge us a dime. Appreciated the honest communication and advice, saved us a lot of money over a place that would have tried to get the repair done themselves just to collect. Earned a new loyal customer, see you soon.

They are very, very good and I would recommend to anyone looking for professional mechanics. They have never been late in my experience. Kudos!

After getting my car's AC fixed, I'm a bit sad that why I didn't find this place sooner. Not only I loved the courteous behavior of the staff (special thanks to Craig), but was also amazed with the quality of the work at such an affordable price. I was quoted, by other places, at least 2 to 3 times higher than what I was charged here. Hennen's Auto Sevice has won a loyal customer in me for sure. 👍🤝
