Rob at RSI marine was supporting boat prep and inspection for a private party sale. I was very impressed with the quality and level of care that went with the work, as well as his integrity and attention to quality.

We purchased a tritoon on consignment with Jeff at RSI. There were a few hiccups on the seller's part and having their documentation in order (not RSI's). This delayed the process, but Jeff was beyond helpful and responsive in dealing with it and being very up front. I would not hesitate to give them my business again in the future.

Quoted me a price and the actual bill was considerably less. Very impressed. I'll go back. A long wait to get the part! Friendly and the boat runs great. I had it tuned up and the distributor replaced. I'd recommend it. No frills, just good people!

My ancient boat's motor was not able to keep an idle in neutral. They were able to fix it and find an issue -- plus resolve it quickly. They permitted me to deliver the boat to the lot and notify them via email. Mike kept me updated all the while the boat was patiently waiting its turn in the queue. RSI performs outstanding work. They are fair, prompt, and attentive. They receive my highest possible rating and enthusiasm to recommend.
