I lived at Top Of the Hill from 2010 until 2011. I got along very well with my fellow tenants and the office staff, too. You couldn't get me away from the swimming pool, too. My sister had a unit just around the corner from me, and her daughter came around on her scooter after I had finished doing my housecleaning. I'd pick up my bike, hop on it, and off we'd go. I later moved to a complex in Newark which is becoming a pleasant community; it did leave a little to be desired when I first came to the complex. I thought there was a hex on the complex but that's all in my mind. It may not be Hollywood but my Newark complex, where I've lived for the past 11 years, is cozy and is good for a single person like me

I’m not sure about everyone else’s experience, but I’ve been here for just one year and my building is amazing! I have the best neighbors, and all issues were minor, and addressed on time. This is my first apartment experience ever in my life and I must say, knowing WHAT I was choosing, and the possibilities from any apartment experience, this is by far the quietest and most peaceful place. Somethings in life we just cannot help due to “apartment living”, but the maintenance team response, turn around time of repairs, and service at the front desk is, phenomenal! Kudos!
Do I see myself here five years from now, probably not but for anyone looking for a great place to live, quiet and affordable, this is one to consider!
