It's been about 5 years now since we made the switch from Flo and Progressive over to American Family and it's been one of the best decisions we've made. Craig out of the Shakopee office has always pointed us in the right direction. It feels good to know that I don't need to be an expert in insurance and the policies he works with us to select are exactly what we've needed. Insurance can be tricky with the fine print around things like actual cash value, full replacement and the list goes on. Having said that, we can trust Craig and his team to make sure we're always protected! Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

Outstanding customer service. We had to quickly make a change to our vehicle insurance and just left a message since it was definitely after normal work hours. With American Family, we are getting the best price on insurance that we’ve ever gotten. Their website is so easy to use to make changes, view/print my insurance cards, anything I need to do. And the people at the actual office are incredibly responsive and trustworthy. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who wants an agent who cares, backed by a company with excellent technology and resources.
