Friendly and helpful staff! Place is clean and tidy. The only thing I dislike and makes this place a 4 star instead of 5 is their parking situation. The lot is small and doesn’t have many spots.

The lady behind the counter was lovely. They are understaffed though so you may have to wait some time before being helped.

I was extremely satisfied with the help I got faxing some very important documents, and was also updated to all the new services available there. I'm sorry I forgot the helpful young lady with glasses, unique hairstyle, and great attitudes name. Hope the description helps.

The best thing to say about Joe is he's trustworthy. You know you're getting the whole truth, and not being upsold on anything. Joe also has better rates as he sources parts from more places. Would rate 10/10 - 5 stars aren't enough!

I called Joe's General Auto after hearing of this business through a friend. I was having some issues with the transmission on my BMW X3. Upon my first contact, Joe and his team were very professional and explained my options for my car issues. Rather than replacing the entire part, he was able to replace a single gear that saved me about $2000 that the dealer would have charged. During a challenging time, I have found a new mechanic that I can trust to be fair and perform a quality repair. Thank you again Joe, I appreciate you and your staff!

I took a car I was interested in buying into Joe's General Auto. Joe was very personable. When he was done he walked me through everything he checked and showed me hands-on what was wrong with the car as well as parts of it that should be good for a long time to come. He explained things so well and it just made so much sense when he actually showed me the issues. He gave me a very reasonable quote for repairs if I decided to get them done with him.
It was easy to get in and scheduled and just great customer service overall!

It can be a challenge during rush hour traffic to get into the parking lot, on the other hand it allows you to have easy in and out for drop off at FedEx packages. There are not a lot of customers in the store at any given time, so the Fed ex representatives have a lot of time to give to you and focus on your shipping needs. I highly recommend the store I’ve been using them for over 5 years.
