I went to get a license replacement here and they had an older lady that shouldn't be working there she has poor customer service skills and I think she too old for the job 2:33 pm on 8-22-23

Plus she might be prejudice..🤔🤷

I know I have more flexible hours to go to the government center than others, but every time I've been there over the past five years I've had a really short wait time (like zero to ten minutes), and the staff are so nice and helpful. What a far cry from the nightmare experience in Minneapolis.

Hands down the best DMV in Minnesota! Doesn’t feel claustrophobic, friendly, clean, a lot of parking availability and super fast service. Just make sure to make your appointment online. We made ours for 5:45 pm and was able to get in a 5pm.

Just left the DMV and I'm shocked at the efficiency. I was just renewing my driver's license, but I arrived 17 minutes early, was checked in 2 mins later (exact time I got a text), and out of there 6 mins later. My only suggestion is to add a 2nd monitor at the photo booth so we can see how the photo turned out.

On of the top DMVs I've ever been to!

This place is amazing
I went to conciliation court and the clerk was so helpful and nice
Afterwards, I went to check in for a driver license and another amazing worker
JOB well done SCOTT COUNTY
And on top of all of it , a living room with a fireplace.
