SOS Cleaning and Restoration

They responded within 24 hours of my call, inspected the house thoroughly, and sent me a detailed quote within just two hours—even on a Friday evening. I was very impressed with SOS Restoration from first contact to final completion.
Their staff stayed in touch, letting me know when a technician would arrive to prepare an estimate, then in sending me the contract once I'd agreed on the cost, and again in letting me know the arrival day and time of the technician for mold removal and cleanup.
During the walk-through, he evaluated the entire basement section, not just the area I'd identified, and found another small area that had mold.
When he treated the areas, he first vacuumed them with a HEPA filter, then washed them with a sanitizing solution, then vacuumed the areas again with a new HEPA filter. He even washed the nearby floor!
I would highly recommend them. They also do water recovery.
